1. Nature of Services
The Company provides digital marketing services including strategy, social media
management, paid advertising, branding, consulting, ecommerce and content creation.
Services are strategic and advisory in nature and do not guarantee results.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee sales, leads, ROI, conversions or growth metrics.
Performance depends on market conditions, competition, client offer, budgets and platform
algorithms.
3. Client ResponsibilitiesClients must provide accurate information, materials on time and approve campaigns.
Delays may affect results and timelines.
4. Paid Advertising
Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to platforms and are not included in service fees.
They are non-refundable.
5. Payments
Services are prepaid.
Work begins only after payment.
Payments are non-refundable once service starts.
6. Intellectual Property
All work remains property of the Company until fully paid.
After payment, usage rights transfer to the client.
The Company may showcase work unless NDA exists.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for commercial decisions, platform issues, account bans or
algorithm changes.
Liability is limited to fees paid.
8. Termination
Services may be suspended for non-payment or illegal use.
9. Governing Law
UAE law governs these terms. Jurisdiction: Dubai.
